Return & Refund Policy



At Lotus Home & Body, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.



Returns



Due to the nature of our products (home fragrance, body care, and gift items), we can only accept returns on items that are:


  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery



To initiate a return, please email hello@lotushomeandbody.com.au with your order number and reason for return.



Non-returnable items



We do not accept returns on:


  • Used or opened items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom or corporate orders




Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.




Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve this quickly via replacement or refund.



Shipping Returns



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
